iPOWER ELECTRIC LLC completed the electrical tenant improvement for the permanent Build-A-Bear Workshop store at Downtown Summerlin in Las Vegas. Our work ran from construction power and electrical rough-in through the lighting, power, and controls needed for the finished retail space. We also completed electrical work for a separate temporary Build-A-Bear store while the permanent location was under construction.

The permanent store’s lighting scope included approximately 200 feet of track lighting with 78 track heads, suspended and recessed fixtures, display lighting, back-of-house lighting, restroom lighting, and exit and emergency lighting. iPOWER installed supports and electrical connections for the suspended fixtures and an owner-supplied pendant light.

Power was provided for sales-floor and display receptacles, storefront window displays, the cash wrap, and the store’s activity equipment. The cash-wrap work included underslab conduit and isolated-ground receptacles. Our scope also included restroom hand-dryer circuits, restroom exhaust-fan wiring, electrical panel updates, and relocation of thermostat wiring for the existing air-conditioning system.

The lighting controls included a sales-floor dimmer station, display-light switches, occupancy sensors, a two-channel time clock, an override control, and contactors. Additional work included power for the storefront blade sign, a hardwired doorbell circuit, and emergency-lighting modifications.

This project reflects iPOWER’s experience with complete retail electrical build-outs: coordinating power and lighting across a busy sales floor, supporting specialized store equipment, and bringing the electrical work through the final stages of a commercial tenant improvement.

iPOWER ELECTRIC LLC completed an electrical installation for Halo Security Screens’ manufacturing facility in North Las Vegas. The project provided dedicated power for a laser machine and supporting production equipment.

The building’s 277/480V three-phase electrical system supplied the equipment distribution. Because the manufacturing equipment was made outside the United States and required 380V, iPOWER installed a transformer-fed supply to step the voltage down from 480V to 380V. The work also included metal conduit, conductors, equipment disconnects, overhead power drops, and receptacles.

The project provided electrical power for the laser equipment and supporting machinery, including saws, an air compressor, and a forklift charger. The installation passed final electrical inspection.

This project demonstrates iPOWER’s experience with manufacturing electrical installations, three-phase power distribution, voltage conversion, transformers, machinery circuits, disconnects, and conduit installations in the Las Vegas area.

iPOWER ELECTRIC LLC completed the electrical build-out for an Evereve retail store in Henderson, Nevada. The work covered the store’s electrical power, lighting, and controls, from the sales floor and fitting areas to the cash wrap and storefront.

The installation included power for the air-conditioning equipment; receptacles and other store power; track lighting, recessed can lights, illuminated mirrors, and display lighting; and electrical connections for signs. At the cash wrap, iPOWER provided power and data infrastructure for the checkout area.

The lighting system included a control panel, contactors, and time clocks to manage the store’s lighting schedule. Bringing these systems together required coordination across the retail space so the lighting, equipment, and checkout area were ready for daily use.

This Henderson project demonstrates iPOWER’s electrical construction capabilities for retail tenant improvements and commercial build-outs. We work with general contractors and property owners throughout the Las Vegas area on projects that require complete electrical power, lighting, and control systems.

iPOWER ELECTRIC LLC completed the electrical build-out for the Beans & Brews coffee shop near Blue Diamond Road and Rainbow Boulevard in Las Vegas. When our work began, the space was an empty shell with a dirt floor. We installed the electrical infrastructure needed to turn it into a functioning coffee shop, from the main power runs through the finished lighting and equipment connections.

The power distribution work included main feeder wiring and two 200-amp, three-phase electrical panels. From there, iPOWER ran the branch circuits for the customer area, service counter, kitchen, and kitchen equipment. We also installed the main phone line and phone board.

The lighting installation covered the customer space and kitchen, including the lighting fixtures and a lighting control panel (LCP). For the kitchen, our scope included electrical connections for the hood and equipment, along with the Ansul fire-suppression system’s electrical interface and micro switches.

This project demonstrates iPOWER’s ability to take a commercial food-service space from initial electrical rough-in to a complete installation. It required coordinated power distribution, kitchen equipment circuiting, lighting controls, and fire-suppression electrical connections within one tenant improvement.

iPOWER ELECTRIC LLC performed the electrical work to convert a former ice cream shop into a Seventh Avenue furniture showroom. The project began with electrical demolition of the previous tenant’s layout, followed by new power, lighting, and controls suited to a furniture retail space.

The showroom lighting combines recessed ceiling lights, track lighting, decorative chandeliers, and wall-mounted fixtures. Together, these provide general illumination and highlight furniture displays throughout the store. iPOWER also installed receptacles, completed electrical work at the storefront, and provided power for signage.

The lighting control work brought the different fixture types into a system the store can operate day to day. This project shows iPOWER’s ability to adapt an existing commercial space for a new tenant, from electrical demolition through the finished retail installation.
